The Kansas Sentencing Commission is pleased to announce an increase in our reimbursement rates for SB 123, RAFT, and SB 123+ certified treatment providers. These new rates will be in place for all services provided on or after March 1, 2025, and are detailed here. This adjustment is designed to reflect the value and quality of services provided, as well as to ensure we continue to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
