HB 2552, signed into law by the Governor, ensures uniform adoption of Commission-prescribed digital forms beginning July 1, 2026

TOPEKA, KAN. — The Kansas Sentencing Commission (KSSC) today announced the statewide rollout of KSApp, the Kansas Sentencing Application, a transformative digital platform that modernizes the preparation, submission, and management of presentence investigation reports (PSIs), journal entries (JEs), and probation violation journal entries (PVJEs) across all 31 judicial districts in Kansas.
